CUSTOM HOME

Tim built us a house with a walkout basement, fireplace, deck, and lots of upgrades inside the house. He also did the concrete, dirt, and yard work to go with the house.

It started with us looking for a house. We did not think that we could afford to have a house built. Tim and Denise made us understand that we could get the house that we wanted built brand new in the price range we were looking for.

First Denise helped us find a lot, not forcing theirs upon us. Then we spent hours pouring over the details of the home. Tim started building in December, winter time, and was finished in March. The weather did not deter him.

They were helpful, friendly, and went beyond what is expected of a realtor and a builder to help us get exactly what we wanted. The finished product is more beautiful than we expected. Tim still comes to the house to make sure we are happy. He and Denise have done far more than they should.

Project: Pergola

Comments: They did a great job on our Pergola and found a shade system for the Pergola too. We needed it done in a short time to meet our July 4th get together and they accomplished the goal. However, we've used them for our building our custom home, detached garage and enclosing our deck previously and they always do quality work and provide suggestions to improve the appearance and usefulness of what they are working on. They are our preferred builder

DECK

We used Feth Construction Company to add steps off of our deck.  I contacted Tim and he arrived immediately to give us a bid.  He worked hard to make our project fit within our defined budget.  I was able to contact Tim anytime I needed to gain clarity of the process.  His workers arrived and were willing to listen to my thoughts/ideas about my project.  In addition, they adjusted as needed. The work was done well and the process was fairly seamless.  Tim was able to manage a nervous homeowner well!!

SUNROOM - home improvement

I had the opportunity to use a General contactor in Union Feth Construction to build my sunroom. Tim and his crew were professional from the original bid to the completion.  The room was finished in the time frame stated using quality material and likewise labor. 

Feth not only did what I ask but more than requested. They handled all aspects which included plans, obtaining a building permit, all inspections, sub contractors when needed and cleanup upon completion. The bid and final invoice offered no surprises except for changes and add-on by homeowner.

I would like to thank you for your professional presentation and workmanship while completing a porch and re-siding project of my home in Grubville Mo. The workmanship and finish carpentry work was very well done and pleasing to the eye. It was a long and time consuming project but the results could

not be better. We love the new cedar porch and the siding, it does not even look like the same house.
